I have a Mevo+ and a Carl's premium screen enclosure. Would this be a good option for e6? I am a Mac guy and am SOOO ignorant when it comes to pc options.

Okay, that link works. You will meet your needs for now but minimally with the processor and gpu. It's recommended to get a desktop if you can so you can upgrade your gpu down the road. Many are trying to get the NVIDIA 3000 series cards now.
