My IT guy says: Typically the processor speeds will be lower on laptops, but especially in those gaming laptops they are able to soft-overclock to reach speeds necessary for gaming. I think it'll meet the requirements of what you need/ want it to have

People are running it with the 1650 ti and seem to be happy so you should be fine. It really does not have nearly as much to do with processor as much as the GPU which takes most of the load. That i7 is plenty though.

That is quite pricey for a refurb and the specs are just ok. Here are some better specs and lower prices on a refurb. They also have 10% coupon.
