TGC 2019 PC Find

I'm in the middle of my first build and I have a line on a used desktop for $400. It has the following spec:

AMD FX-8350
32GB RAM
GTX 1060 6GB
SSD

Seems like a good price and should run the program fine from what I have read. But, this won't have any return option and will be as is, so I wanted to run it by the forum here for advice before I pull the trigger.

Check this video out where 2kK21 runs perfectly fine at Ultra setting on GTC 1060 at 1080p. TGC 2019 uses the same Unity engine but with updated graphics. So expect the GTX 1060 to perform just as good or even better with 2019 as it does on 2k21. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZRWtP2NfVrY

Seeing this review of the same CPU & GPU combo, it seems CPU is plenty fast and will never be the bottle neck also.

So yeah, looks good to me. and with 32GB of RAM and SSD, everything should load nice and fast also.
