Help switching from E6 (iOS) to TGC computer

So I have a Mevo and use FS for practice but really would like to play par 3’s and online as my garage set up does not allow me to hit my driver. Thinking to switch over to TGC 2019 but have to buy a laptop to make the switch. Thoughts on if the system below will run smoothly. I have a BenQ 671ST and will not be using 4K but would like to have some good resolution and FPS.

I can get a new Dell G15 for $545.00. This laptop would solely be used for my golf sim.

10th Gen i5 10500 12mb 4.5 GHz
Win 11
Nvidia GTX 1650 4GB GDDR6
8GB RAM
256 SDD

I have searched the forum here and just want to be sure that GTX 1650 will run TGC 2019 as I see it’s the recommended GPU but that was a few years ago…
