Hi everybody, tgc2019 has been crashing on me regularly with occasional blue screens. Normally just Tgc shuts off and then when I restart it goes right back to where it left off. Anyways, the most recent blue screen code was “unexpected kernel mode trap”. Does anyone know what this means? Thanks from a frustrated sim owner.

As you can see above this has frustrated me for about a month and a half and I finally have a resolution that can hopefully help someone else down the line. Long story short, after trying re-installs, updates, swapping the graphics card, new licenses, I finally found the solution. The issue was faulty RAM sticks. I had run a memory diagnostics and also re-seated them so I thought they were fine, that and the computer only crashed on TGC2019, everything else continued to run fine (EyeXO & computer), except when I got the occasional blue screen. Researched the RAM CyberPower had installed (CyberPower was the worst, more about them later) and they had terrible reviews with many issues right out of the box. Decided to buy new ram, that's how bad CP was to deal with, and now she works like a charm!
