Putting together a sim. Want to run 4K gspro. Uneekor eye xo2 for LM. Maybe benq 936st. I think this checks the boxes. Never bought refurbished before. Is this a bad idea? Would love any feedback or assistance.

Should work just fine - 4070Ti is a great card and 32GB RAM should serve you well. Refurbished quality is highly dependent on retailer IMO - as long as you have a warranty (may be shorter than a new purchase) and the ability to return if you find defects, then I think you should be gtg. New Egg should be easy to deal with. -
Actually purchased the same Uneekor Eye XO2, Benq 936st and GS Pro, Love what I'm seeing, the only issue is the longer irons and woods seem to have a distance issue. I am currently trying to figure this out, but so far am seeing only an altitude adjustment. My son purchased the computer system, (a gaming system) for me so I can't speak to that except that we have had no issues to date.Comment

The specs are fine and the graphics card should be good for 4K, 60 fps on Ultra. You may seem some frame drop on a few of the very new courses in GSPro with that card, but it is good.
But, and a big but, you must be very careful about the cases that some of these manufacturers put these components in. You need very good airflow. The cards run HOT when being pushed. And I am not an expert on this - perhaps others here can chime on on good cases vs. not so good cases. But I understand this is higher in price than what you posted, so I am sensitive to any budgetary concerns that you may have.Comment
