Looks Awesome, what GPU are you running? -
It is an i7-14700K. I actually wanted to get a 13700K but they were out of stock and the 14th gen was only $25 more - they are pretty equal in performance I believe with a slight edge to the 14700K. While I was able to run my RTX 4080FE on my previous Lenovo T730 with better than expected results, it was a PCIe 3.0 interface. The new board has a Gen 5 interface but of course the 4080 is a Gen 4 card - still much better performance. Between that and the faster RAM (32GB of DDR5 6400MHz), the system is really humming and the results are quite stunning. Better textures, absolutely no skipping or stuttering and completely smooth experience on WUXGA (1920x1200) on FSX Play Ultra and GSPro Ultra. Next step may be a 4K projector but that may have to wait until the fall - only 45 ish more sleeps before spring golf opens up IRL
