Help with Specs for E6 and GSPro

Will this be sufficient to run E6 Connect (current free license from Garmin) and GSPro (plan to upgrade in the fall/winter)
I'm not very computer savvy but I can get this for a decent price.

Have you checked the min requirements for either? Here are the GSPro current computer requirements:

GSPro requires a Windows PC (Windows 10 or Windows 11)

Recommended minimum hardware for 1080p play:

1. 10GB free space
2. GTX 3060
3. 16GB memory
4. Stable internet Connection
5. Ethernet port and/or BT depending on Launch Monitor

Recommended hardware for a great 1080p experience:

1. 20GB free space
2. RTX 3070/3060ti GPU
3. 16GB memory

So, bottom line, you might be OK but could expect some issues with GS Pro given your video card is below min spec.

You may be better off with E6 (requirements look meager) but I have not used it so cannot really comment.

You might be better off to chose one system over the other and put the rest of the cash into a slightly better system if you can manage it.
