Impact Screen Puckering

The pic on the left is about 1 year old and the puckering along the top left (facing screen) has spread (see pic on the right). By no means anything to lose sleep over, but I am wondering if there is a way to get rid of it. I think what is causing it is the 2" wide Velcro that is sewn along the top and sides of the screen. It is the HQ2 screen material and it was all sewn before it was shipped to me. The HQ2 material has some stretch to it, but not along the edges where the Velcro is sewn on. The Velcro is hook on one side and loop on the other, and the HQ2 material is sandwiched in between...and then sewn together. So, there is no stretch at the edges along the top and sides.

When the screen arrived there were wrinkles from shipping. That was not a problem at all, as I used a clothes steamer and it worked perfectly to make the HQ2 screen smooth and wrinkle free, except it did nothing in the areas where it was puckered. It may just be that the screen material got crimped a bit when the Velcro was stitched onto the screen. If so, probably nothing can be done...short of undoing the stitching, pulling the screen flat, and then having it re-sewn. I have good tension from left to right on the screen so I know that is not the issue. Pulling it tighter does not get rid of the puckering.

Anyone have any thoughts, other then to just leave it as is??

It's a bungee balancing act bro. You need to adjust the bungees all over the place. If ones out, it causes this.
