  • Best Impact Screen

Just inquiring to what people think is the best impact screen. I'm talking best durability, great/really good picture, and doesn't break the bank.
I've had supertex hd impact screen and thought the price was good, but the picture wasn't all that great from what was promoted, and durability not great at all. Lasted only six months!
I had a poly screen from allsportssytems and thought the durability was very good and the picture was pretty good, but could have been better . Price was around $300 or so for a 10 x 9.6.

Essentially, just trying to gauge what people's experiences have been. With Carl's, West Coast Netting, Par2Pro HQ screen, etc. I would like my next screen to have a pretty good picture and really good durability! Any opinions/suggestions are appreciated.

P.S. I am not good with raw materials

I have had the partopro HQ for about a year now and am very impressed. The picture quality is amazing particularly with movies. I use no netting or blankets and have almost no bounce back. I have the one with straps so it is easy to hang and adjust. I also have the netting that is connected via Velcro to the screen border. Not cheap, but I feel like I am getting the value I paid for it. I do change balls out about every 2-3 months.

I put a hole in my HQ from Par2Pro in only 3 months. Installed loosely, backer material behind, Ball speed with the driver is around 155.Actually my 7 iron shot is what went through. There were no defects in the material that could be seen by eye. The picture quality of the HQ is excellent but durability is not. They do not provide a warranty for raw material, but will provide a discount on there new SQ material. Any one recommend the new SQ material or should I go with Carl's preferred?

If you go to Carl's now, there is a clearance sale on a bunch of screens at 60% off the reg price. The only catches are that not all sizes are available, and that there might be "imperfections"... and you won't know if it's a stain or a wonky grommet until you get it. Saving $600 on a Carl's Premium made the decision easy for me, anyway, and I get mine tomorrow. Fingers crossed that the "slight imperfection" isn't too bad...
