Mattress topper or thick moving blanket

Current I only have Carl's impact screen with 6 inch room between the screen and wall. Sometime my drives has enough top spin and it bounces back more than my comfort.

I did a search on the forum. It seems people has suggest 3 inch mattress foam topper or thick padded moving blanket are ideal to reduce bounce back.

What do do you guys think? Mattress topper is around $99 for 2 queen, moving blanket padded is around $90

I have 2 3 inch keep king memory foam toppers. My screen is around 8". It's been great for 3 years.

Check out post number 10 on my build thread: https://golfsimulatorforum.com/forum...e-simulator-uk

It shows how I've attached my memory foam mattress topper.

I attached them together and hung them half way between the wall and screen. This pic is upside down for some reason. If I built another room I'd do the same thing.

Do you find with the screen against the net that you get net ring wear on the back of the screen, from the ball and mattress repetitively sandwiching net and screen together?

i did moving blankets from harbor freight. they work great, except that they shred easily and i have fabric remnants behind my screen that i need to vacuum routinely.

No. Not at all. No issues.
