  • how to clean screen?

hey everybody, i was hanging up my carl's screen which will eventually be the backup screen, but i placed a blue/purple moving blanket (was used/old) behind it and after hitting a few balls into it to test it out, noticed some of the dye from moving blanket transferred onto the screen. now there is a light pinkish stain on the screen.

any suggestions on how to get the stain out of the screen?

i'm going to buy a new black moving blanket.

    thanks!

i had the same issue. I hung over-lapping NEW blue moving blankets from Walmart behind my screen and after a dozen or so shots noticed that blue dye had transferred to my screen. I hung white king sized flat sheets between the blankets and the screen and no more problems. Odd that the blankets do not put dye on the sheets, but did the screen. I've read on here how one guy uses a steam cleaner and cleans his screen once a week or so. I think I will try my Rowenta iron and try to steam my slightly blue area. It's not that significant, but a bit unsightly with no image projected on the screen.
