Looking for a temporary screen to hold me over until I can get in on the direct-from-mill higher end option. 10' x 8'. My current setup is white sheets (triple thickness) backed with a black sheet and netting. Works great for hitting into, and low sound, but the picture quality is awful. With winter season coming up, I'm re-configuring my garage build, and upgrading the screen as part of it.
Right now, I'm looking at a Supertex impact screen for about $175, but wondering if it would be worth the extra $100-ish to get the HQ2 screen from Par2Pro. Anyone have any direct experience with both of them? Recommendations as to whether the HQ2 is worth the extra cost for a temporary screen (which would become a backup screen), or if the Supertex is close enough to the HQ2 to get the job done, are greatly appreciated.
