Sportscreen tear

Installed my sportscreen 3 weeks ago with a supertex screen in front. I was working on my 3 wood and suddenly one of my shots just went right on through. The supertex screen was fine but the sportscreen has a 6 in tear right along the bottom bar region where they hem the screen. Still perplexed how that happened since the supertex covers that area and the bar below it didn't get whacked.

Emailed customer service this afternoon. Hopefully they will be able to send a replacement screen quickly and I just had a fluke screen.

I talked to them today and they said golf should not be an issue as they have numerous customers who are using it for golf. As other mentioned here on the forum they basically remove the target from your order and ask you to specify how you are planning to attach your impact screen (velcro). What i'm having issues with before pulling the trigger is that i'm getting the 10 foot screen but I don't know what size impact screen to order.

Somewhere on sports screen website is the actual size. I got a 10x9 impact screen and it is actually smaller then the sports screen by several inches

Sounds like after the holidays are over I might have to contact them as well for a replacement. I have the little baseball target that I was considering attaching to the screen where I normally hit for an added layer. I'll let you all know how this works out
