Carl's screen size

Does anyone know if the size listed is the "Imaging" size or does it also include the Black border material with the grommets ?

I'm looking at one of the "Clearance" screens and it makes a difference.

When I asked that question to customer service for the preferred screen in the clearance section this is what they responded:


"Preferred (4:3) 10 x 7' 9" Ft--143" Diag. the outer dimensions including the black vinyl edges are 120 x 91.25 inches. Edges are 2.5 inches on each side, so subtract 5 for the viewable dimensions."

So it looks like the size is the total size and the viewable dimensions are smaller. Hope this helps.

Can always ask them with the specific screen in question, they got back to me in less than 24 hours. I used the contact link on their website. Glad to be of help!

Yup, I emailed them the question first. Got my answer here faster.

In all fairness, they are closed weekends.
