Padding for your EMT frame

What are people doing to pad their frames and prevent bounce back on wayward shots that are direct hits on the frame?
Had a couple that came back and could have caused an injury or damage.

I think at a minimum you use pipe insulation/pool noodles. Depending on how wide, how deep your enclosure is along with how centered the hitting zone is will all determine how big a risk it is for someone to shank a ball into the outer side frame. i have yet to see that happen. For an inexperienced golfer you may wish to make a shank net or foam/pillow/padded board that will deflect/absorb shanks.
