How did you hang memory foam?

Looking to hang a twin xl memory foam mattress topper behind my impact screen. I use a emt conduit frame. I was hoping that anyone who has done this can give me some insight on how to go about hanging the memory foam.

I have no idea and I need to do the same thing. I'd like to see what others do.

I have heard some say to use a Duvet cover but I wonder what holds it up when you hang to cover? I would think at some point it would drop to the bottom.

I put it into a duvet cover, created eyelets in the duvet cover and then connected it to my wall / frame. Search my posts for images of results

This is my third post in this section about how I built my garage simulator. Unfortunately Photobucket have changed their “third party hosting’ rules, and want

Check out post no.10 in the above to see what I did.
It worked very well, and stopped almost all bounce back.

Thanks p3eps looks great. I was thinking of trying to use these. Then just zip tie to my conduit. What purpose does the duvet cover serve? I was thinking of just hanging the memory foam by itself.

FastCap's dual-sided grommet for finishing both sides of a hole in furniture, cabinets, vertical panels and partitions. Cut to size and install without gluing.

Those grommets look like they should do the trick. If you went the duvet cover route, you could grommet just the duvet cover with standard brass grommets and then use clips to fasten the memory foam to the duvet cover on the inside so it doesn't "fall down" in the cover.

I used 2 pieces of wood on either side of the foam and used a clamp to hold it together. I then use a chain to connect to the emt frame. Works well and is stable. Got the idea from another member here.

I like this idea. What size is your memory foam. I'm having trouble finding foam that 10 feet tall.

Queen size mattress topper. I realized that most of my high impact shots are going to be lower on the screen so it does not cover the top area of the screen. I also hit relatively close to my screen so that the only shots getting near the top of the screen are wedges.

I hit about 7 feet from the screen and my impact zone is only 2 foot wide. So I went with a twin xl size. I will make sure the topper goes all the way to bottom of screen almost touching the floor this will leave only a few inches up top not padded.

I have put a thin wooden dowel in a duvet cover then used tarp clips to hang it.

                  Thank you sir!!

Is your memory foam wrapped around the dowel ?
Can I assume, since the photo is the back side of the screen, that the top area of the cover is not exposed to ball strikes ?
Does your memory foam go all the way to the ground?
How tall is your screen ?

                  Sorry for all the questions!

Nothing is wrapped around the dowel, its inside the duvet cover.
In only 7' away so the impact area is very close.
Yes its a queen sized mattress topper.
                    Screen is 12' tall.

So what holds the memory foam up inside the duvet cover ? I would think after a while the memory foam would settle down to the bottom of the duvet if nothing wad holding it up. Or is that not an issue ?

Its 6" thick so it holds up.
