Any experience buying from the Sportsscreen

Trying to reach them after a purchase and so far no luck. So figured I'd ask the group what kind of experience you have had and if I should be weary. Trying to get an idea on shipping time to the US.

In my experience, they have been a great company to deal with. I'm using a 16' sportscreen for my impact screen, and two 10' sportscreens for my side curtains. One of the packages had an incorrect part, and they quickly sent out a replacement.

Yep thanks all, Karen got back to me and gave me some info. I wish their website had a contact feature, but facebook seemed to work. I can wait patiently now

I purchased from them and ended up emailing them to follow up on my order and they responded quickly.

The only thing i didnt realize was that i had to pay UPS customs into the US, but it is what it is hehe.

Ordered mine on 12/18/19 for Xmas delivery. Still waiting...They offered to send me an extra target but would not expedite shipping. Also, they will no longer apply Velcro to the roller in lieu of a target and will not warranty damage from golf balls on their standard screens. You will have to significantly more for their golf versions. Nonetheless, $199 + 60 shipping to the US seems like a pretty good deal.
