    How tight to pull Screen?

Just putting up my screen. My space is 137” wide and I have a screen that was erroneously sent to me at 134” wide. I’m using bungees so I can bridge that gap of 3 inches (1.5 inches on each side). My concern now is that the screen is too tight. I have to tug on the screen a decent amount (maybe a 6 on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the hardest). How tight is too tight and should I be worried about the screen ripping or reducing its life span from being too tight? I have the Spectrum Screen poly foam spacer which is supposed to be similar to what DBGolf gets directly from the mill.

    Thanks for your insights,
    Jake

Perhaps a good follow up question is how do I measure taughtness?

Don't worry about any of that. Just get it as tight as possible without the ball bouncing back too hard. You'll just have to play with it.
