Can a PVC frame support an impact screen?

I currently have a PVC frame with a net, can it support an impact screen or should I change to EMT if I plan on adding an impact screen to my setup?

It wouldn't support my screen I know that. It also won't take a hit from a golf ball very well either I don;t think.

It will support an impact screen. I used a PVC frame setup when I had an OptiShot and was using foam balls. Let me know if you would like me to send you a picture of my setup with the PVC. However, if you are using real golf balls, the PVC will not withstand a direct hit. The other thing to consider is price. I believe my PVC frame was around $100.00 to build and the EMT frame was right around $140.00. For that price difference, I would skip the PVC.

Thanks for the feedback. I will move on from the PVC and follow instructions on building an EMT frame from the DIY threads
