3 way elbow for sim cage build?

Does anyone in the UK know where I can buy these corner elbows in order to build a cage for my simulator? There doesn’t seem to be any on websites for major retailers e.g. screwfix, B&Q etc which would be my first port of call for hardware. What are they actually called (in tradesman language)? And will plastic ones do a job for metal conduit? I’ve looked online and it seems like they are mainly available on America and not UK!

Not sure about in the UK, but in Canada, those look like marine parts. Used for the railings on the bow of my boat.
