    DIY Enclosures With Recessed Screen

I recently ordered a SuperBay enclosure for my simulator build (from AllSportSystems), but due to a state mandated stay-at-home order their business has unfortunately closed and they will not be shipping orders until May or June at the earliest. I need to decide if I want to wait or cancel the order and choose a different enclosure for my build.

I've seen a lot of recommendations for the Carl's Place DIY kit, but I really don't like having to set up the cage a foot or two away from the wall since the screen is mounted to the back. I'd much prefer an enclosure like the SuperBay that can be pushed back against the wall, with a recessed screen hanging inside the cage.

Are there any other similar enclosures out there that would meet my needs?

I am also making my own recessed screen....will prob just make one out a 1-1/4" Emt conduit with a pully on one end...Ordered long black out curtains from amazon for the sides and trying to find a half decent deal on a good impact screen...pretty shitty time to find anything right now.

You could make something like that yourself. I started with a normal cage type then decided to redo it.

That's an easy DIY if you want the screen a foot or more from the back of the EMT cage. Recommend jumping in and making it your quarantine project.
