    Garage Roll up screen

Has anyone built something similar to the par2pro roll up screen? I’d like to build in my garage and it doesn’t seem
like it would be that difficult to diy something similar instead of spending so much on their 16’ variation(which I’m sure is super nice)

Yup, you can sew it on or put it on the top of the sportscreen; you need a foot or two extra in height regardless, as the few feet of rolled up golf screen is what helps it stay secured.

Thanks, I was wondering if you could take the sportscreen and add impact to it! Now any ideas for roll up curtains for the sides I feel like a 10’ sportscreen on each side would be over kill.

I responded to another threat in this topic. I’m in the same boat - I feel like The sportscreen is still very expensive and seem to think a stop and Home Depot and I could make something very similar (Manual with a crank) for a fraction of the cost. Have you found anything on that?

I made my own from 1-1/4" emt ..cut some thin strips of metal off a piece of angle iron I had basically sandiwched the screen between the strip and the emt..I have a 10x10 screen but I think I am going to go with a wider screen and will prob use a piece of heavy wall pipe as I can get it in a 16 foot length. Build a wall mount above the door and use some straps to hold it.
