Hello...we are building an addition that will include a fitness / golf room. I have 10" joist above the room and would like to mount the Sport Screen in the ceiling so it is hidden when retracted. I talked to the Par2pro folks and they gave me 8.5" to 12" and didn't have a unit to actually measure. I would love to hear from an owner who could measure the height of the unit when retracted. Thanks!!!

It’s pretty sleek with a low profile. The actual roller tube is only about 4” in diameter. See picture attached. I’d say 8” is pretty good, as the screen will hang off the roller tube a few inches. -

It depends on how you set the upper limit of the SportScreen. I have 9-3/4" from the top of the mounting bracket to the bottom of the screen when it's fully retracted.Comment
