Covering for the edges of the impact screen

What materials are people using to cover up the sides of the impact screen (the tarp clips and ball bungees)? I'm thinking that I'll need some velcro strips, but is there a beneficial material used for the fabric or covering? Are people using just 6" wide strips that cover the side and attach to their enclosure?

I bought carpet runner from HD and cut it into strips. Cheap and easy. I bolted it to the frame and covered the bolts with black bolt covers.

I wrapped Velcro around the emt poles and then used black indoor outdoor carpet from menards that are cut to width. Sticks right to the velcro
