What did you use for side curtains? I have looked at a few places online but man it seems expensive. I need something around 9' tall

i bought them and use them and they will customer order to any height and width you need. They are heavy and knock all shots straight down for me

I bought these off of Amazon. They cover well enough and aren't a bad aesthetic, but they don't do much against protecting against shanks.

I ended up building walls with the intention of helping with sound issues, but they worked well to redirect any errant shots. I used 4'x8'x1/4" plywood, and adhered 4'x8'x1" foam insulation board and then adhered 1'x1' acoustic panels. I still use the backdrop over it to make it look a bit nicer. I added some pictures of how I built the side walls. I also added a wall for over the top of the enclosure, minus the 1/4" plywood.

I'm happy with how it looks in the enclosure, and it's pretty effective.

Not sure on the look you are going for, but check out Harbor Freight Mesh Tarp.

Thank you for the information Jnc10. I am just getting into making my own golf simulator/cage. I have a few follow up questions if you don't mind:

        1. On the peaksonline site, did you buy the non-FR or FR version? The FR version is heavier at 16 oz. and wasn't sure if I needed to go that route.

        2. What did you use for the top part of the golf cage? I have 10 foot drywall ceilings and I am afraid if I don't protect the top, I'll damage the ceiling.

        3. What impact screen did you use? I have been looking at the "shop.virtual-golf-simulator" site. But there seems to be a lot of choices out there.

        Thanks again.
