If you attach your impact screen to a sportscreen, do you still need to hang something behind it? Thanks for the advice

From what I have heard from others no you dont. Lots of guys seem to order their screen with enough material to wrap one full revolution around the sportscreen drum. They attach it with velcro to the sportscreen drum and let it hang. Some use a pocket sewn in the impact screen to put a pipe in to weigh the screen down, others use bungees and hit the screen down tight. Not really sure what's best but I'm sure others will chime in.

Nothing needs to be behind the Sportscreen.

The top of the sportscreen velcros to the tube and is wrapped a few times. The top of the impact screen is then velcroed to the sportscreen. The impact screen is simply suspended by velcro, without any wraps around the tube. Mine has been rolled up and down several times a week for over a year without issue. The ceiling height is 10'8".
