Need some advice on screen size.

Building a simulator in my garage. Skytrack has been ordered. Had the rafters raised and the garage door moved to a wall mount. Went to make some final measurements before buying a screen and it was a little different than I thought previously. I think I'm set on the 9ft 2in high screen. If I go straight across my roof that gives me 12 ft. I was considering making it wider and folding the screen behind itself at the top corners. I think I could get it out to 14-15 ft then. Carl's has a 9ft 2 in by 14 ft 8 in screen that is a 16:10 screen. I'm planning on putting up side curtains and fabric above the screen. Also thinking I will attach memory foam on the rafters above the screen and the rafters along the roof where it attaches. Any thoughts about this set up? Should I just stop it around 12 ft or push it out a few more feet. Alternative option is 10x10ft.

Room is 19ft 3in x 21 ft. The wall I'm hitting into is the 19ft wall. We don't park in the garage, but will need to get strollers/lawnmowers out through the garage doors.

I also bought a fiberbuilt 1x3 insert. Planning on building a platform with gym tiles and putting turf from Home Depot from the screen to about 14 ft out.

Will be framing the area with 2x4s and then attaching angle iron. Will attach a raw screen with tarp clips and bungees.

I'll can take better pictures in the daylight if needed

Need feedback on stopping the screen at 12 ft vs pushing it out further and any other ideas anyone has.

    Thanks

After thinking it over I think I’m just going to cut the height down so I can go wider and keep it rectangular. 8ft 4 in by 15 ft will get me 16:9 and I’m just going to attach a black tarp from screen to 6 ft out to stop lob/high shots

That will work well - just be conscious of your hitting distance (from hitting position to screen). Too far back and all your wedges will go over your screen. My screen is about the same height and I have no problem from approx. 10 feet back. Much further though and I think I would hit over the screen.
