    Black trim for sim screen

What is everyone using to cover the bungees and attach to the screen? I was thinking of using some of the black canvas fabric and use adhesive backed velcro to stick to the screen and cover the bungees? Has anyone tried this? My concern is that has the bungees flex with each shot that it will pull the velcro off. I had also thought about using some thin wood to build a veneer that sits in front of the bungees/screen, but that seems like it would be a pain to access the bungees to tighten or reattach if they come off.

I used this Marine Trailer Bun Carpet from Walmart. Easy to install with Velcro. Vey Inexpensive

I wrapped my emt with strips of Velcro and then used black marine carpet from menards and it was very inexpensive and sticks right to the Velcro

Would love to see some photos of this. It's what I'm thinking of doing too.

That’s exactly what I’ve done as well.

Did you all use adhesive backed velcro directly to the screen or did you have to sew it on to the screen?

I wrapped 1x6 boards with black out canvas and then used small hooks screwed into the back of the 1 x6 to attach the boards to the bungee cord. Allows me to easily take off and adjust screen if I need to. For the top of the screen, my ceiling to screen is about 15" so I hung the same black material as a baffle from the ceiling over the edge of the screen right where the image is displayed. No white space on all 4 sides of the screen. I also wrapped the top pole with pipe insulation to protect from extreme ricochets

I used black felt. Works just fine and has already caught a few balls from my 7 year old. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I'm planning to add some soundproofing to the inside frame, anyone given something like this a try? https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/...I16J4H19&psc=1
