Spectrum Golf Screens

Is anyone having any luck getting a hold of Spectrum golf? I ordered a screen from them for my Net Return but still haven't heard anything from them about the screen being shipped. I've tried emailing and calling numerous times.

I bought 2 screens from chip at spectrum. The second time I ordered the wrong one and had to send it back and pay the dirrecence to get the better one I wanted. That just happened and went smoothly besides slow contact.. I find he can only be reached via email and he is days to a week behind on that but will send you the product and he will respond.eventually. I tried not to bug him and always responded to my email eventually.

I ordered one in December. Took about 10 days from the day I ordered until I received it.

That's re-assuring. I was just afraid he may have shut down his business and I wasn't going to get my screen.

I bought a screen from the a few weeks ago. Screen is top notch but the communication wasnt great. They said screen would ship sooner than it did and told me that it would be shipped “today” a couple of times. No regrets on the purchase, though.

I did get a tracking number. Look forward to see how it is but the communication is definitely slow.

Did any one else have a problem with seams not being straight and the screen not being the full size that they ordered.

I had the same experience in December - slow communication but the screen arrived eventually. I will say, if I could do it again I wouldn't have purchased the padding that they offer as an add-on to the screen. It wasn't sewn up well and I ended up cutting out the grommets and sewing it back together myself so it hung down smooth behind the screen.
