  • Finding the best materials in Europe

Hi folks, I spend a lot of time at this lovely forum for a few months now, and I finally pulled the trigger to build a sim and ordered a FS Mevo+. It will took some weeks to arrive, so I bought myself some time to buy the rest.

Some things that are good to know already:
    • I'll build the sim in my (large) garage, but I will move in about 1-2 years. I'm not focussing on the details yet, just the basic things to play
    • I thought about buying just a net to get started, but in the end I want to switch to a screen, so it would be a wast of money then.
    • I don't really have a budget cap, but I'm looking for the best price/quality balance
    • I will start playing with an iPad Pro/Apple TV and probably borrow a projector. When everything's up and running I will look out for a gaming pc and projector

Most of people in here seems to be enthousiast about Carl’s Screens and Par2Pro screens. But they are in the US and the prices would almost double to get them in Holland. What are the best options for me to buy a good impact screen in Europe? I found this one in Belgium, seems pretty cheap: https://golf4all.be/product/impact-screen/.

Are there Europeans in here (especially in Holland, Belgium or Germany) with good recommendations of nicely priced impact screens?

Any recommendations of impact screens, netting or even full DIY enclosures are welcome.

    Thanks!

I got one of my screens from protee united and am very happy with it. I'm located in Germany and as far as I know protee ships from Holland.

Thanks! That's definitely a good option. I see they got one on sale right now, does anybody know the difference in quality is worth the difference in price? -> https://golfsimulatorstore.com/colle...impact-screens

I bought the cheaper one when it was on sale and am happy with it. Not sure how much difference in picture quality there is.

You can contact the Dutchgolfcompany.com / ward , based in the Netherlands. I m in touch with him for their excellent screen. Ward told me it s the same quality than Carl’s premium...but I can t find any review about it

        Hi,

        same problem here in Switzerland.

We just ordered our screen from skysimgolf. no idea about the quality, we'll see when it arrives, but the price is very low.
