Enclosure Kit and experience with Carl's Place?

Hello all,

I've been reading this forum for a long time and I'm excited about the great projects that had been realized here.
I am also in the process of creating my own golf simulator. I ordered a Pro Golf Simulator Enclosure Kit 8.5x13 by Carl's Place.
How was your experience with Carl's Place?
The delivery is postponed again by at least 3 weeks, because of COVID‑19, I do understand that.
What I have no understanding for, however, is that I asked, whether a partial delivery or air freight would be possible to Germany. I would pay more if this is within a range.
I got the answer that it is not possible. For me, that was a very unsettled answer.
Do you think I am intolerant and lacking of understanding?
So now I am looking for an alternative in Europe (Germany), because I need a second enclosure for my office.

Does anyone have experience with it?

I have the DIY enclosure kit (for about 3 months) and have been pleased with the product and with the company. Had 2 interactions with their customer service; one on shipping time (it was also delayed due to covid) and another to ask how to clean the screen (thanks to my toddler son).. both times they were responsive and helpful. I'm assuming won't split the shipment given they have their packing dimensions and box sizes standardized. And I'd guess that they won't airship internationally, because they haven't before and don't have the time to do figure it all out - i'm thinking they're a smaller company that is scrambling to keep up with extreme demand at the moment
