  • Graphene, anyone heard about this material?

Just saw this material mentioned on TV

Obviously this is unavailable at moment and one for the future and I have real idea if it would have any uses! So if not please feel free to delete thread!

But if it is as strong, thin, flexible ,light and totally transparent what uses can people find for a golf sim.

Protective covers for projectors, launch monitors etc?
Replace netting in front of an projector screen?

Interesting... A clear net in front of screens is its natural fit. Hypothetically it would provide long term screen protection with much less picture distortion. Lots of assumptions. Retains shape and clarity after repeated hits with golf balls? Very low reflection of light. Reasonable cost per sq ft. Retains strength in areas where holes have been placed (Eyelets and seams). You'd also have to make sure the conductive nature of the material would not cause potential issues (heat and electricity). You may have stumbled on to a huge opportunity at the ground floor if it works and isn't cost prohibitive. If you're serious about reviewing a business opportunity, get a patent quickly. If nothing else, you may be able to sell the patent rights.
