So I need to go with a retractable screen for my simulator and this one seems to be the best option for me. Do you guys have any ideas for cheaper options on the side walls and ceiling protection? The options from Par2Pro almost double the price and was wondering if there were any cheaper alternatives that may work for my setup? Thank You!

I used this and it works great. Take a look around the site. They have some really cool stuff.
METechs, motorized roller shades blinds, retractable golf impact screens, Electronic Keyless Door Locks, Industrial and home automation products! Large Heavy Duty DIY Retractable Golf Impact Screen Drive [CL645E-3018-Kit] - The kit includes a heavy-duty motor drive kit and a selected length 2 1/2"(63mm) tube CL800-D63. It is easy to install and a great choice for large motorized roller shades and blinds, Roman shades, shutters, projection screens, golf impact screens, Austrian electric curtains, garage door screens, and other tubular types of automation heavy/middle
You will need to buy your own screen and set it up. It's a little difficult to get the tubes together but it saved me a ton of money. If you're handy around the house and have the tools this is the one.

I used a 3-inch memory foam mattress covered with black commando cloth and some standard screws with insulation plastic caps to hold it up. The commando cloth was leftovers from making curtains. It was a huge pain in the butt to install by yourself. I have most of the build recorded and at some point when I'm done I will upload a timelapse.

GungHoGolf screen but you can use any raw screen material you like.

Dang, wish I would have found out about this earlier. I spent so much time hunting down a sportscreen. 3 months in-fact, I did find a secondhand manual for $175 from marketplace but this is a fantastic price and looks like the same tubing as SC. 1” stick on velcro works great. I bought a Par2Pro imperfect SQ screen and works great.

How did you attach the screen to the pipe they supply? Looking at the same set up and would like some insight before hand. Thank you

I used regular duck tape in 3-4 inches sections. I set the pipe against a wall and shot a laser level down the top side as a reference line then attached the screen. The screen has three or four wraps before it starts the downward hang so the friction of the screen tightens itself to the roller. No issues since I installed it.
