  • Carl's Place Enclosure

I have been researching enclosures and have had Carl's Place work up a custom design for me.

Before I pull the trigger with Carl's, should I look into another enclosure company?

Does anyone regret buying an enclosure from Carl's?

My Carl's enclosure is a custom size. It was easy to assemble and works great. I am very happy with it.

I purchased the DIY kit from indoor golf and then went to Lowes to purchase the piping, cut to length and boom... I have about $2000 in that... But its top quality

I don't have their enclosure, but I ordered the Bullseye screen recently and concur that it is a quality screen at a very competitive price.

I have a Carl's DIY enclosure 13'x8' and I'm very happy with it. I've had it for almost 2 years.

checkout https://virtual-golf-simulator.com/golf-cage. better panels ( actual screen material ), not the cheaper plasticy material . top and bottom pads, poly spacer screen. on sale . Use CAGE10.

A buddy of mine had an enclosure from virtual Golf. If he hit any part of the black fabric it would make his golf balls black from the dye. This transferred on to his screen. His side flaps also ripped on him. I can say that the bullseyegolf golf enclosure is one of the best I’ve seen. I love mine.

Thanks everyone for your responses - I bought the Carl's Pro Golf Enclosure and should arrive 11/3/22.

How far should the hitting mat be from the enclosure?

Been researching mats and leaning towards the Fiberbilt.

What launch monitor will you be using?
What software will you be running?
              Do you plan to putt?

Yes on putting and I haven't yet decided on the launch monitor. I like everything about TrackMan besides the cost.

I bought the Uneekor Eye XO and will be hitting from about 9 and half feet from the screen. stance and overall surface is TFDs putting elite over 3/4 inch Dricore subfloor with a hitting strip cut out 11.75 inches by 30 inches of DYI divot action...

GolferDude The reason I ask is because if you want the full golf sim experience with putting Fibrebuilt may not be the best option. Also, with Trackman you may need more distance from tee to screen. If you go with Uneekor EYE XO or Foresight GC3/Quad they are all very accurate for putting but you will want a mat/turf you can put on.
