Retractable Screen Bunching at Bottom

Hello,
My new sim is 99% complete, can't wait to post pictures to the forum in a few days. I could use some advice on some bunching of the bottom of the screen. I have the MeTech retractable roller with the GungHo Eagle impact screen. It's 13' 6" wide and I put in a 13' long 3/4" pipe sewn into the pocket at the bottom of the screen. It starts out fine but after a few shots the screen at the bottom starts to bunch up towards the middle. Pics attached

Any suggestions how to keep that from bunching up at the bottom?

Tarp Clip and bungees right on the bottom corners when extended might work. Then you can release the clips or the bungees when you retract.

I put tarp clips to pinch the pocket closed so the screen can't move. I also ran a bungie rope through the pipe and made loops at the end and clipped those to some weights to get the screen back to center after impact.

I have the same setup and just use tarp clips on each end. Pull it fairly tight as you put them on. Then I have the screen hovering about 1" off the ground. That way it goes back into place without dragging and getting stuck on the floor.

I placed pipe insulation around the bottom which does two things. It keeps low hits from bouncing back hard, and it limits the screen bunching at the bottom.

Thanks all for the suggestions. ULEWZ any chance you could post a pic of what you did? Does the pipe insulation just wrap around the pipe through the screen material or did you have to use some additional adhesive?

The insulation is split on the bottom, just put it around the pipe, the friction does the rest.

I have the exact same setup and the exact same size... and the exact same problem
What 3/4" pipe did you put in there? 3/4 EMT? How is the bounce back with that? How did you find a 13ft emt tube? Or did you simply use a coupling?

Do you have a photo of your setup? I'm struggling to fully understand. What are you attaching the tarp clips to?
