Net Return V2 Outside

Is it ok to leave out this net and mat outdoors in the winter months?

I was using the Net Return Pro Series V1 (the one with the green sheath for the net) and left it outside occasionally not all the time. I had it out on my balcony and had a place to disassemble the net and put it away when not in use. When there were going to be a number of consecutive days where the weather was nice and I was going to be playing consistently, I would normally lay the net down (so it didn't blow away) and then just set up it when I was ready to play. What I found was that the green sheath got significantly faded on the side that was most exposed to the sun. There were a few times when I accidentally left it out and it got caught in the rain and that didn't seem to harm it too much. Also, the sandbags were pretty significantly faded from the sun.

For the most part, however, I generally put it away when I wasn't planning on playing for longer periods of time.

I have just upgraded to the V2 version. They said that this version is supposed to be more resistant to UV damage although I am not really sure if that is the case or not. In order to avoid damage to the net itself by the elements, I have decided to take the net off of the frame and put it away after every use. Again, if there are going to be consecutive days where I intend to play, then I will leave the rest of the frame intact and just lay it down and leave it outside, but I will always take the net off and put it away.

Personally, I wouldn't leave it outside for long periods of time with exposure to rain, sun, snow, ice, etc. I played golf at country club that had a net return set up at their driving range that looked like they left it outside. It was laid down on the ground and had clearly been rained on and had mud, leaves, and other things on the net and it seemed a bit of a mess and you'd probably have to really wash/clean it before playing on it again.
