Hello! I've started painting today for my new golf sim room / extra garage space. I'm looking to purchase an enclosure / screen from Carl's place and I'm using there calculator tool to figure out what I can do. I've got 119.5 inches of width and 110.5 height for the enclosure / screen. I know it's pushing it on being too small but I'd really appreciate any opinions or insight on what my options are.
1. On the Carl's website it doesn't look like I can do a 4:3 with my limited space. Any advice on options for what I should do with my screen size would be appreciated.
2. Will doing a 1:1 aspect ratio limit me on what projectors I can use? (I'm still researching options for these but looking at under $1700)
3. I'm planning on building a pretty beefy gaming pc to run GSPro, and just wondered if that will give me the ability to adjust screen size / ratio etc..
4. Any general advice on how far I can push the width for the best possible outcome.
