Sim Remodel - building turf up about 4" can I use the same screen?

I'm planning a remodel of my simulator, my screen is 18'W x 10'2"H. My plan involves elevating the turf 4" or so, can I use my same screen? In order to keep the screen, I can think of 3 possibilities:

1. Rolling the bottom up so the tension cord kind of holds down the bottom against the newly elevated floor
2. Ending the newly elevated floor right at the screen so the screen stays exactly as is (I would imagine this might get annoying with balls getting stuck)
3. Have the screen custom re-sized

Hopefully my explanation makes sense, I'm curious if anyone has gone through this and has tried options 1 and/or 2 and has feedback. I'm sure option 3 will result in the best result however it is obviously the most expensive.
