Hi Everyone! I coach women’s college golf and we are improving and expanding our indoor space. I’ve built my own simulator at home with an Sig pro enclosure. Is there a bog difference between sig and carls enclosure? I will be building 2 enclosures. I am also looking to upgrade the hitting may to fiberbuilt.

The SIG12 and the Carl's can be bought in similar sizes: (SIG12 - $2124.99) = 12'2" w x 9'4" h x 5' d (Carls - $3094.95) = 12' x 9' x 5'. The SIG12 includes the 1.5" push-pin piping/frame, while Carl's Place charges $1,255 for it. Both use round steel pipes. The Sig12 includes 1/2" foam padding to cover the frame—Carl's charges an extra $240 for a similar pad. Carl's screen starts from the floor up and doesn't have piping behind the screen on the floor, whereas the SIG12 has piping and a small black border. The screen's are very similar. Apples to Apples Sig12 = $ 2,124.99 and Carl's = $ 4,589.95.
I work for Ace Indoor Golf, and we manufacture commercial enclosures for PGA Tour SuperStores, Edwin Watts, Worldwide Golf, Unita Golf, Roger Dunn's, and other prominent golf retailers. You might want to consider the Ace Medalist enclosure. It offers 1.5" square extruded aluminum pipes that are pulled taut and rigid with Turn Buckle cables in the rear of the enclosure for a more sturdy frame. The frame padding is 2.25" thick, eliminating all possibility of ricochet on a frame strake. The Ace Indoor Golf Medalist is $4699.
The Fiberbuilt mat is an excellent upgrade, very durable, and stays in place. Compare the Grass series to Player Preferred or Performance turf to help prevent injuries.

I would recommend checking out The SportScreen Parlour Series enclosure. It uses a durable aluminum 4040 frame and construction grade materials that will be able to withstand the everyday use of a a college program. The frame also has a lifetime warranty. They have enclosure available in 11',13' and 16' widths, with the option to customize the width as well. Parlour Series enclosures start at $2399.
