Impact Screen Size for 10x10 Frame

Was thinking of a 10x10 impact screen for a 10x10 frame but got to thinking I might not have any room to adjust impact screen tension. How have people here ordered their impacts screens relevant to their frame size.

You could fold over the edges of the screen to make it smaller and use tarp clips to attach it to the frame.

I still have the layout from Par2Pro for my screen.
They have 2" velcro along the edges (which has the eyelets in it), and then a 2" gap between the frame and the screen.

So did you order it custom as a 120x120 with the velcro and then it was essentially 118x118 when you got it?
