Impact screen all the way to floor

Is it necessary to have the impact screen go all the way to the floor??

with my projector set up now it looks like the projection will start a foot off the floor.
I'm in the building process now

It's not necessary, but you definitely want something going all the way to the floor to catch the worm burners.

I would have both the screen to the floor, and the image to the floor.
The screen is important for catching your duff shots... and the image is important for the realism factor.
When the image starts on the floor, it gives a much more immersive experience.
In my original setup, the image started half way up the scree. Look at the difference!

100% agree with peps do what ever it takes to get the screen and bottom of picture to start right at the floor. Great example of the difference.

Agreed..... I actually run my res at 1680x1050 to fill my screen better. Screen to the floor to catch the odd wormburner.
