Need help with flooring transition

So, i was laying down thw subfloor panels, but ran out. Dont want to pay $99 shipping just to order a couple of boards. I have a 2 inch gap between subfloor and adjacent carpet to cover in the middle section and it tapers at the end. See pic. Any suggests on how to fill this gap?
