allturfmats utility putting green

hey all,

i'm looking to put turf down in my sim area, about 200sq ft, and then cut a rectangle out of it for my hitting strip, instead of buying a stance mat, i would stand on this turf.
i am looking for an affordable but decent quality turf for this purpose.
i was going to go to a synlawn distributor and try to scavenge for remnants, but came across allturfmats' utility putting green. it comes out to like $1.74 per sq foot.

does anyone have any experience with this turf? quality?

just an update. i received a sample of the utility putting green. it is rather low quality. price is good, but i'd rather pay a little more for better quality. plus the guy on the phone was kind of a d*ck.
