I have a TruGolf Vista 10 and decided to go to a Flightscope X3 setup so I needed to move projector to overhead and build a level putting service. Decided to integrate Fiberbuilt hitting tiles (Fairway/Rough/Sand) into the putting green. Area is 10'(w) x 15'(L). I have an additional 8' behind tee for Flightscope placement. Below are pictures of the completed matt along with pictures of all material used.
Construction consisted of:
1. 3/4" T&G OSB laid directly over carpet with cutout for Fiberbuilt panels and hole/cup.
2. 3/4" x 2' x 2' Rubber Tile laid directly on OSB (no glue)
3. Greenline putting turf laid directly over rubber tile and wrapped down at perimeter and stapled into OSB edge (no Glue) (Also stapled at cutout)
4. Laid in Fiberbuilt 1'x1' panels (I purchased them individually and set is per my preference)
5. Cut hole/cup insert to proper depth (1-15/16") and inserted into cutout.
Extremely pleased with the result. Matt height is 1-15/16" with has given me another 1-3/8" in overhead height from the TruGolf matt. Material was purchased from Home Depot and I bought the Fiberbuilt from Par2Pro. I could have save a couple of dollars and purchased directly from Fiberbuilt, but I liked Par2Pro's website better.
