All Turf Super Mat with Fiberbuilt strip?

I’d like to use my All turf mat as a stance mat and get a 1x3 Fiberbuilt strip on a concrete surface. I believe the FB mat is 1 7/8 tall and the All turf is 1 1/8. Do I need to better match them up? How would I do so? Was thinking to use the rubber strips that are like puzzle pieces . Thoughts?

I don't think you'd like that big of a difference, you should try to get it within 1/2" and preferrably about 1/4" imo. I use a fiberbuilt mat and built my stance mat out of 1 1/2 inch eva foam tile mats off amazon, it works really well. You could probably do 1 3/8" mat and I think that would work well still.

Thanks, great setup. I just purchased the Fiberbuilt oval flight deck. I can put it next to my stance mat and adjust the stance mat height to match. That oval shaped flight deck is about 21.5” long so it’s not a huge hitting surface but should suffice, especially for $55

In case you weren't aware, the Flight Deck isn't the same material as their other hitting mats.

I wasn’t aware until after I bought but the description and videos and reviews all were really good. Hopefully it’ll work out and be easy on the joints and emulate a real fairway
