Anyone ever get a warped Fiberbuilt panel?

I contacted Fiberbuilt directly for advice on how to do this, and they are sending me the L channels to attach the 3 panels and a replacement for the warped one. A++ company.

Heck, angle iron is cheap enough. I'd just do that. I have a three panel of Fiberbilt and it has an angle iron framework. Love the thing BTW.

Not going to work, even 50lbs wasn't enough to straighten it out and if you need to hold more than that the suction cup would cost more than the panel

Best idea I can come with is one of those dent remover suction cup things. Prop the 4 corners up on some bricks or something, slap the suction cup in the middle and hang a weight from it. But it's pretty thick plastic and that may not be feasible.

If one was careful Iwonder if a heat gun would work without melting the fibers.

If you bought the 3 panel it is in a heavy frame. I wonder if this is why Fibrebuilt stopped selling single squares?

its possible the angle iron will help flatten that one out. If not, you could just put something under the low side to keep it from wobbling. When I had my protee, one of the two pieces was warped and I just put some carpet under it and it worked pretty well.

Oh, that actually makes sense because Par2Pro said they're burning through their inventory and can't buy any more. When I inquired through them their shipping was too expensive so I was just gonna get the 3 pack from Fiberbuilt, but they offered to price match so I figured why not. Didn't know I was missing out on the angle iron!

I guess I can screw them together myself but it's only 1/3 panels that are bad. Any bright ideas?

I actually ordered directly from Fiberbuilt last month and tried to just order two 12" panels, because I already had 1. They said they no longer sell them individually because of that exact issue. People were returning them because they weren't flat so they decided to angle iron them together before shipping them out.

This is probably why fiberbuilt screws these panels into two pieces of angle iron ( L-channel).

I placed each corner on the tile line so you can see what I am talking about below. It's got pretty severe "wobbly table" syndrome, so if you push on one corner the other side comes up. Clanks loudly when its hit, and hard to secure down with only the corners contacting the floor.

When I notified the retailer (Par2Pro) I was told that they are all like this to some extent and I guess I got a bad one. Is that true? They don't refund shipping, so returning isn't really cost effective.

Has anyone seen this before? It's a pretty heavy and stiff plastic so I am not quite sure how to bend it back without crushing the fibers and/or breaking the back of it.
