Would this be their version of the CCE mat? I wonder if it's a little harder on the wrists/elbows.

I see they're running a special on this mat though 10% off

I was thinking the same thing. I have their regular hitting strip. I like it a lot. I need to buy a new stance mat for the new house..... This is interesting. Hopefully the showroom in Calgary has one set up ......when they open back up.

What is the difference between this product and there regular stance mat that would be attached to their "grass"?

This mat can take a real tee anywhere. The other mat has tee holders. It looks quite different.

This seems like a solid alternative as long as the ball doesn’t have a constant flyer lie like a regular Fiberbuilt. 4x10 would be a great stance and hitting mat combo.

I have a regular FB hitting strip. I find it really nice to hit off of. What do you mean by a constant flyer lie?????

Some folks feel like the ball sits up high on the turf and shots come off high launch and low spin

Mine certainly do not come off with low spin... Maybe the only time it does is with some of the really high lofted shots from my 60* I generally get really good spin from all my shots though.

That looks like the version sold with the Sim-In-A-Box options by Foresight Sports. I have the classic version in a combo mat which I think is fantastic. I do not seem to see the flyer lie issue discussed above......

Do you use the FB for your hitting mat? If not, have you hit off one and what spin numbers do you get? I have the FB and do not get constant flyers.

I am leaning towards a 4x6 performance mat like the one in the picture..... if it is too hard on the joints....I will go back to my hitting strip from FB.... That hitting strip is a little too forgiving if you ask me. I might be well served to be forced to hit the ball a little cleaner.... I will be running a GSA sim along side a Mevo +. The Mevo + wants a putting strip beside the hitting strip....GSA can putt from that area as well. So I am going to use the 4x6..... and have it surrounded by putting green. The odd time that I have a right handed player over, they can golf in runners and stand on the putting surface. We will see how that lasts. My two closest buddies are both lefties like me. I am looking to have a putting green of 22x16.5. The 4x6 mat will have the middle of the mat 12 feet from the screen.

I am in the same mindset as you (also a lefty).

Only thing is how hard is this to remove each time and set up afterwards??? (I have a garage setup).

What putting surface are you using that will line up with the height of this mat?

Ok.... Dricore is 7/8" Foam carpet tiles plus the Rymar Bermuda pro brings the total height up to 1 7/8 ". I am not too worried about the 1/8" difference. I won't be putting on the performance mat....right beside it....off center.

FB mats are quite heavy. I would not want to move it around a lot.

Not sure about that.... I had a 9x4 mat.... it was so heavy that no one person could move it without taking it all apart. The turf comes off and there is a heavy rubber base underneath. The base comes apart in 2x2 foot sections..... Email FB for the weight......
