Finally pulled trigger on Fiberbuilt 12 x 35 panel.
Thought I would share with community a DIY hitting foundation I built for it.
Cost me about another $100 in materials (1x2s, 1/2 inch plywood, Fairway Green Indoor/Outdoor area rug from Home Depot). I used a yoga mat I had as rug pad on plywood make standing on the platform more comfortable. I offer just the right amount of give. It is really solid and can moved around with minimal effort as i included handles and casters. It also makes aligning the Skytrak easier for me as align it with the platform.
I had built a similar one previous for a CCE strip however I started to feel stress on elbows. I immediately feel the difference using the Fiberbuilt as it is far more forgiving. My initial hesitation was justifying $249 for a hitting strip but worth every penny.
