Hi All - my first post here
I am setting up an outdoor mini driving range behind my tennis court, where I can use my skytrak and also get a good visual of actual ball flight. It will be unenclosed, and permanently outdoors, subject to light annual rainfall (los angeles), plus foliage and whatever small animals meander through. The total range will be about 20' wide and 60' long.
I am trying to decide the best hitting mat setup / tee line setup and product. Visually, I think an unobstructed tee line looks best, and it allows the most flexibility from where to hi.
I am looking at the Fiberbuilt performance tee line - https://fiberbuiltgolf.com/pages/teeline
Compared to the ultimate tee line, where I would have just 1 or 2 individual fiberbuilt hitting strips embedded, and the visual is broken up. Looking for opinions / feedback here, on what I am proposing or any other ideas you guys have. How do you feel about the fiberbuilt performance performance product vs the actual fiberbuilt strip grass itself. I see some of the simulator packages sold online are with only the performance product. Feedback welcome, thanks!
